Traveling by plane can be stressful for you. Here are some tips to make your journey safe and comfortable.
Don’t drink alcohol
Sometimes companies suggest you drink a glass of champagne or something. But while you’re in the air, it’s especially harmful for you. It will be more difficult to adapt to the time zone, for example. Just drink water – plane traveling causes dehydration.
Dress comfortably
Plane travel is a huge stress for your body, so please wear comfortable clothes and shoes. You’ll change once you get to your destination.
Prepare your own snacks
If you fly coach, pack some of your favorite snacks. They probably won’t give you anything healthy, but the right food is a key to your well-being on the plane.
Don’t forget about the entertainment
It can be music in your headphones or a movie on your laptop – just don’t forget to bring something to kill time with. You can also get noise-cancelling headphones.
Don’t wear contacts
The dry air inside the plane will dry up your contact lenses, and therefore you’ll feel extremely uncomfortable.
No makeup
It can damage and dry up your skin. Instead of makeup, use any moisturizing cream.
