If your working hours are over, then you should be unavailable for any messages or tasks related to your current projects. Take care of your mental health.
Have a slow morning
Don’t let work and anxiety take control of you first thing in the morning. It’s tempting to wake up and immediately check your messages and projects, but it can bring you even more anxiety and completely screw up your work-life balance. How you start your day greatly affects everything that happens after.
